Account Deletion Request

This page explains how users of the smallBite service (provided by PICDOT Co., Ltd.) may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

1. How to Delete Your Account

Option A: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the smallBite app:

  1. Open the smallBite app and sign in
  2. Go to the Profile screen
  3. Tap your profile icon at the bottom-left corner to open Settings
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your request in the popup dialog

Option B: Email Request

If you cannot access the app (e.g., you have already uninstalled it or are locked out), please send a deletion request by email:

Email requests will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. We will reply to confirm processing.

2. 30-Day Grace Period

When a deletion request is submitted (via either method), a 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion:

  • During the grace period, your profile and content are not visible to other users.
  • If you sign in again within the grace period, the deletion is automatically cancelled and your account is restored.
  • After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon completion of the deletion process, the following data is permanently destroyed:

  • Account information: phone number, email, date of birth, username, Firebase UID
  • Avatar settings: selected avatar, background color, frame color, owned avatar list
  • Home decoration: home inventory, home placement settings
  • Pet information: owned pet list
  • Chat messages: 1:1 chat, group chat, world chat
  • Diary posts (text and images)
  • Guestbook posts and comments
  • Friend list and friend request records
  • Block and report records
  • Wishlist
  • Virtual currency balance (coins and coupons — both paid and free)
  • Transaction history (item purchases, gacha records, gifts sent and received)
  • Profile image and status message
  • Official Operator Channel message receipt history
  • Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
  • Firebase Authentication account
  • Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics user identifier (UID disassociation)

4. Data That Will Be Retained

The following data is retained for the periods required by applicable laws, even after account deletion:

  • Records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
  • Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years (same Act)
  • Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (same Act)
  • Service usage log records: 3 months (Korean Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

These records are retained in a separate system, accessible only by authorized personnel, and are not used for any purpose other than legal compliance.

5. Refund of Unused Virtual Currency

Please note: any unused paid or free virtual currency (coins, coupons) remaining in your account at the time of deletion will be forfeited and is not refundable. If you wish to request a refund for unused paid currency, please do so before requesting account deletion. Refund eligibility is governed by Article 12 of the Terms of Service.

アカウント削除のご依頼

本ページでは、株式会社ピクドット (PICDOT Co., Ltd.) が提供する smallBite サービスの利用者がアカウントおよび関連する個人情報の削除を依頼する方法をご案内します。

1. アカウント削除の方法

方法A：アプリ内での削除 (推奨)

最も迅速な方法は、smallBiteアプリから直接削除を依頼する方法です：

  1. smallBite アプリを開き、ログインしてください
  2. プロフィール 画面に移動してください
  3. 画面左下にある ご自身のプロフィールアイコン をタップし、設定画面を開いてください
  4. 画面下部までスクロールし、「アカウント削除」 をタップしてください
  5. 表示される確認ダイアログでご依頼を確定してください

方法B：メールでのご依頼

アプリにアクセスできない場合 (アンインストール済み、ログインできないなど)、メールにて削除をご依頼ください：

メールによるご依頼は、受領後 営業日7日以内 に処理いたします。処理完了後、確認のご返信をお送りします。

2. 30日間の猶予期間

削除依頼を行うと (いずれの方法でも)、完全削除までの間 30日間の猶予期間 が適用されます：

  • 猶予期間中、プロフィールおよびコンテンツは他の利用者に 表示されません。
  • 猶予期間内に再度ログインすると、削除は 自動的に取り消され、アカウントが復旧されます。
  • 30日を経過すると、すべてのデータが永久に削除され、復旧できません。

3. 削除されるデータ

削除処理が完了すると、以下のデータが永久に破棄されます：

  • 会員情報：電話番号、メールアドレス、生年月日、ユーザー名、Firebase UID
  • アバター設定：選択したアバター、背景色、フレーム色、保有アバターリスト
  • ホーム装飾：ホームインベントリ、ホーム配置設定
  • ペット情報：保有ペットリスト
  • チャットメッセージ：1対1チャット、グループチャット、ワールドチャット
  • ダイアリー投稿 (テキスト、画像)
  • ゲストブックの投稿およびコメント
  • フレンドリストおよびフレンド申請記録
  • ブロックおよび通報記録
  • ウィッシュリスト
  • 仮想財貨残高 (コイン、クーポン — 有償・無償の両方)
  • 取引履歴 (アイテム購入、ガチャ記録、ギフトの送受信)
  • プロフィール画像およびステータスメッセージ
  • 運営公式チャンネルのメッセージ受信履歴
  • プッシュ通知トークン (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
  • Firebase認証アカウント
  • Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics の利用者識別子 (UIDの関連付け解除)

4. 保管されるデータ

関連法令に基づき、アカウント削除後も以下のデータは規定の期間中保管されます：

  • 契約または申込撤回等に関する記録：5年 (大韓民国「電子商取引等における消費者保護に関する法律」)
  • 代金決済および商品等の供給に関する記録：5年 (同法)
  • 消費者苦情または紛争処理に関する記録：3年 (同法)
  • サービス利用関連のログ記録：3ヶ月 (大韓民国「通信秘密保護法」)

これらの記録は別途のシステムで保管され、権限を有する担当者のみがアクセスでき、法令遵守以外の目的には使用されません。

5. 未使用の仮想財貨の払い戻し

ご注意：削除時点でアカウントに残っている 未使用の有償・無償の仮想財貨 (コイン、クーポン) は 消滅し、払い戻しの対象外 となります。未使用の有償財貨について払い戻しをご希望の場合は、アカウント削除のご依頼前に払い戻し請求を行ってください。払い戻しの対象範囲については、利用規約 第12条をご参照ください。

계정 삭제 요청

본 페이지는 주식회사 픽닷(PICDOT Co., Ltd.)이 제공하는 smallBite 서비스 이용자가 계정 및 관련 개인정보의 삭제를 요청하는 방법을 안내합니다.

1. 계정 삭제 방법

방법 A: 앱 내 삭제 (권장)

가장 빠른 방법은 smallBite 앱에서 직접 삭제를 요청하는 것입니다:

  1. smallBite 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다
  2. 프로필 화면으로 이동합니다
  3. 화면 좌측 하단의 본인 프로필 아이콘을 탭하여 설정 화면을 엽니다
  4. 화면 하단까지 스크롤한 후 "계정 삭제"를 탭합니다
  5. 확인 팝업에서 요청을 확정합니다

방법 B: 이메일 요청

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우(앱을 이미 삭제했거나 로그인이 불가능한 경우 등), 이메일로 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다:

이메일 요청은 접수일로부터 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리되며, 처리 완료 후 확인 회신을 보내드립니다.

2. 30일 유예 기간

삭제 요청 시(두 방법 모두), 완전 삭제 전까지 30일의 유예 기간이 적용됩니다:

  • 유예 기간 동안 프로필과 콘텐츠는 다른 이용자에게 표시되지 않습니다.
  • 유예 기간 내에 다시 로그인하면 삭제가 자동으로 취소되며 계정이 복구됩니다.
  • 30일이 경과하면 모든 데이터가 영구적으로 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.

3. 삭제되는 데이터

삭제 처리가 완료되면 다음 데이터가 영구적으로 파기됩니다:

  • 회원 정보: 전화번호, 이메일, 생년월일, 유저명, Firebase UID
  • 아바타 설정: 선택한 아바타, 배경색, 프레임색, 보유 아바타 목록
  • 홈 꾸미기: 홈 인벤토리, 홈 배치 설정
  • 펫 정보: 보유 펫 목록
  • 채팅 메시지: 1:1 채팅, 그룹 채팅, 월드 채팅
  • 다이어리 게시물(텍스트, 이미지)
  • 방명록 게시물 및 댓글
  • 친구 목록 및 친구 요청 기록
  • 차단 및 신고 기록
  • 위시리스트
  • 가상 재화 잔액(코인, 쿠폰 — 유료/무료 모두)
  • 거래 내역(아이템 구매, 가챠 기록, 선물 주고받은 내역)
  • 프로필 이미지 및 상태 메시지
  • 운영자 공식 채널 메시지 수신 이력
  • 푸시 알림 토큰(Firebase Cloud Messaging)
  • Firebase Authentication 인증 계정
  • Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics 이용자 식별자(UID 연결 해제)

4. 보관되는 데이터

관련 법령에 따라, 계정 삭제 후에도 다음 데이터는 규정된 기간 동안 보관됩니다:

  • 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)
  • 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년 (동법)
  • 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (동법)
  • 서비스 이용 관련 로그 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)

이 기록은 별도의 시스템에 보관되며, 권한이 있는 담당자만 접근할 수 있고, 법령 준수 외의 목적으로는 사용되지 않습니다.

5. 미사용 가상 재화 환불

참고: 삭제 시점에 계정에 남아 있는 미사용 유료/무료 가상 재화(코인, 쿠폰)는 소멸되며 환불되지 않습니다. 미사용 유료 재화에 대한 환불을 원하시는 경우, 계정 삭제 요청 전에 환불 신청을 해 주시기 바랍니다. 환불 가능 범위는 서비스 이용약관 제12조에 따릅니다.
